1. That life is a process
When a baby is born, he cannot always speak, he is only able to cry. He did not immediately eat all kinds of food around him, he only started with milk. He will only be able to speak and sing after going through many stages of listening, imitating and then saying it perfectly.
Imagine if he was born with a body the size of a normal adult, spoke carefully without learning first, and ate drink as he pleased, about which parents would enjoy being happy without all the process? Being mature and taking success also requires a process. From that process we learn about right and wrong, good and bad, and know how black and white this world is.
2. Life is lifelong learning, so don’t feel to be the smartest
Equivalent to money with the first point, then in that process we are given a lot of learning that will never end. For parents who already have more than one child, of course, they have memorized that since they were babies there were many who taught many things to children. But have we also learned from them about patience, succumbing to truth, suppressing the ego, and many other things?
Do not complain when you are in the middle of a storm of problems, because that is what describes the tasks and lessons in the university of life.
3. Never give up and have steel mentality
No less important than having a lot of knowledge is having a strong mentality like steel. Usually children who are learning to climb don’t care how they will fall, they will just continue climbing. Or have you ever seen a toddler who is learning to walk? Countless how many have fallen in doing the same thing just so they can walk. They never give up.
If tired, they stop for a moment to rest, then start again to advanced. If you are running after your dreams, learn from them.
Remember, to be able to run sometimes we have to fall first. But that is not the end of everything. Get up, then chase it back!
4. Never save anger, let alone revenge
All children love the people closest to them, especially their parents, no matter how much anger their parents. Look when you scream loudly, when they scribble on the wall. They would only grieve for a moment, but it didn’t take long to return to their parents’ arms again. Because children don’t hold grudges. So, have you ever thought of apologizing in advance to a friend or your colleague who is quarreling with you? Don’t let you lose to children, huh.
5. Honest and true
As adults, we often do not realize the importance of honesty and show what we are, rather than hiding behind masks that only display false falsehoods. The more we learn the positive side of children, the more we are stunned by this tiny creature created by God.
Innocence, innocence, honesty, and attitude as they are will reject the camouflage that we always number unite. Sometimes an honesty is bitter but that’s the truth.
If one day a child calls you, “fat!” Don’t be angry. Make it a small rebuke that motivates you to change your lifestyle to be healthier.
